Modem Technology

Radicom’s focus on modem-based communications products has resulted in a reputation for design excellence and product flexibility.  Radicom’s “Modem Module” family now efficiently meets specific OEM needs.  Our latest technology allow us to re-layout any product in the family to meet customer's requirements and deliver a working sample in only two to three weeks.

Current products in the Modem Module family include:

• Dial-Up voice fax Modem Modules – from 2400bps to V92, 56Kbps Data Speeds, with RS232, Serial TTL, PC/104, USB, ISA or PCI Interfaces.

• Wireless RF Modem Modules – License free 900MHz –928MHz and 2.4GHz

• 2 Wire Leased Line Modems

Recognizing the importance of dependable design and technical support in the embedded system market, Radicom is committed to sell and service OEM manufacturers directly.  Customers receive immediate attention to engineering problems as calls are answered by Radicom the same day as received.

Radicom’s Sales Support, Technical Support and Research and Development activities are located in San Jose, California.  Primary manufacturing is in China, where the facility can produce up to 300,000 modems per month.  The plant is ISO-9001:2000 certified.
